The things you’ve been told are weird. The things you find difficult to explain. The creative impulses, fascinations, ideas or ways of seeing that seem to belong somewhere else.
In this Dreamy Cappuccino, we’ll playfully explore the Art of Not Belonging — getting curious about the creative parts of ourselves that apparently don’t fit the mould.
☕ What to Expect:
Bring an expression of yourself that feels a little unusual, strange, unexpected or difficult to explain.
Share a piece of creative work, a story, an idea, an image, an object, a fascination — whatever feels like an expression of that part of you.
Listen to other people’s wonderfully different expressions.
Explore together what happens when we find the courage to share the things that don’t seem to fit in a safe setting.
And perhaps we’ll discover that the creations and ideas we thought made us weird are actually the ones that make us really intriguing and interesting — as creative souls and as human beings.
📝 How to Prepare:
Think of something you’d like to bring to the circle that feels a little outside the usual boxes (optional).
It doesn’t have to be profound or polished. It could simply be something that makes you think:
“I don’t know if anyone else will get this…”
☕ Bring your favourite warm drink if you like and come with an open heart filled with curiosity.
